WHEREAS, Clyde A. Dorsey and Adeline P. Dorsey,
is

husband and wife, as joint tenants, have this day offered to the

CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of $300.00 Lot Block

Corona del Mar, in the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map

recorded in Book j, Pages 41 and 42.0f Miscellaneous Maps, records
7
of Orange County, California; and
8
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
9
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
11
deems that it is for the best interests of the said City that said
12
property be sold for the said sum of $300.00 and
13
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
14
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
15
above described.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property
17
be sold to the said Clyde.A;,Doisey -and =.AdelihenP..Dorsey; husband
18
and wife, as joint tenants, for the sum of $300 00, free and clear
19
of all encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year
20
1944 -45. Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations
21
of record. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
22
directed to execute and deliver a deed for the said property to
23
the said party upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $50.00 be
25
paid to Gerald W. Ritchie, as and for his commission for the
26
negotiating of the sale of said real property to Clyde A. Dorsey
27
and Adeline P. Dorsey husband and wife, joint tenants, said sum.

being a fair and reasonalbe commission to be allowed in said sale
29
and said broker being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport
'

Beach.

Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof
