I WHEREAS, Mary R. Munson and Rodney K. Munson, mother
2 and son as joint tenants, have this day offered to the CITY OF
3 (NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of 0300.00 for Lot 13, Block 435, Corona
4 (del Mar, in the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded
5 in BOOR 3, Pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
6
Orange County, California; and
7
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
8
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
9
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
10
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
11
property be sold for the said sum of 0300.00, and
12
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair, and adequate
13
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property above
14
described.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
16
sold to the said Mary R. Munson and Rodney K. Munson, mother and
17
son as joint tenants, for the sum of x$300.00, free and clear of all
18
encumbrances, subject to the tares for the fiscal year 1944 -45.

Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations of record
20
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
21
execute and deliver a deed for the said property to the said party
22
upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $50.00 be paid
24
to W. J. Holcomb, as and for his commission for the negotiating of
25
the sale of said real property to Mary R. Munson and Rodney K.
26
Munson, mother and son as joint tenants, for the said sum being a
27
fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said
28
broker being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution

was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
