the Washington pier for storage and repair purposes, Councilman Allen moved the
adoption of a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the said lease
on behalf of the City. The motion was duly seconded by Councilman Isbell, designated
Resolution No. 3035 and was adopted by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Stanley, Isbell, Reed, Hall
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None

Resolution No. 3035, being a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, a certain lease to the South Coast Company for
certain City owned Docks and garages in connection therewith. On motion of
Councilman Stanley, duly seconded by Councilman Allen, the resolution was adopted
by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Stanley, Isbell, Reed, Hall.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.
