Ground was read, whereupon Mrs. Ferguson addressed the Council at length in
connection with the matter, and after some explanation of the subject by the City
Engineer, Councilman Allen moved the adoption of a resolution rescinding Resolution
No. 2993 authorizing the agreement with Ferguson. The motion was duly seconded by
Councilman Reed, the resolution designated Resolution No. 3053, and was passed by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Stanley, Isbell, Reed, Hall.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.
