,WHEREAS, there has this day been prees sented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed dated t
22d day of November, 1944, from C. F. Guthridge, wherein said
C. F. Guthridge grants to the City of NEWPORT BEACH all that
certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 21, 22 and 23, Block 530, Lancaster's
Addition to Newport Beach, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 5, page 14 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman (Aom. made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman I� S,1 e, � and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of Newport
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,to
