of Newport Beach approving Memorandum of Agreement for expenditure of 1/4 (one -
quarter) cent gas tax allocated for State Highways, on motion of Councilman Allen, duly
seconded by Councilman Reed, the Resolution was passed by the following roll call
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Reed, Stanley, Hall, Isbell.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.
