WHEREAS, E. Cetto, a single woman, has this day
1 offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of P0i0:00 -for
2 Lots, 5, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 32, First Addition to
3 Newport Heights, in the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a
4 Mao recorded in Book 4, Page 94 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
5 of Orange County, California; and
6 WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
7
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
8
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
9
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
10
property be sold for the said sum of $401Q.00; and
11
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
12
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
13
above described.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
15
sold to the said E. Cetto, a single woman, for the sum of
16
04010.00, free and clear of all encumbrances, subject to the
17
taxes for the fiscal year 1945 -46. Also subject to conditions,
18
restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor and the City
19
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
20
a deed for the said property to the said party upon receipt of
21
the consideration above set forth.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Sum of $401.00 be
23
paid to Ralph P. Maskey, as and for his commission for the
24
negotiating of the sale of said real property to E. Cetto, a
25
single woman, the said sum being a fair and reasonable commission
26
to be allowed in said sale, and said broker being a licensed
27
realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
29
Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
30
Council of the City of Newport Beach,
