WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City

Council of the City of Newport Beach, California, a certain grant

deed dated June 5th, 1945, from West Coast Packing Corporation,
6
a corporation, wherein said West Coast Packing Corporation
7
grants to the City of Newport Beach .certain real property de-
b
scribed as follows, to -wit:

All that portion of Lot 11, Block 430, as shown
upon a map of Lancaster's Addition to Newport
10
Beach, recorded in Book 5, page 14 of Miscellan-
eous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows, to -wit:

Beginning at a point in the northerly line of
13
said Lot 11, which point is 29.45 feet from the
northeasterly corner of said Lot 11; running
14
thence east along the northerly line of said
Lot 11, 29.45 feet to the northeast corner of
15
said Lot 11; thence southerly along the easterly
line of said Lot 11, 29.45 feet; thence northerly
16
and westerly along a curve concave to the south-
west, having a radius of 20.00 feet, through
17
an arc distance of 38.97 feet to the point of
beginning.

WHEREUPON, Councilman �� \eh� made a motion, duly
19
seconded by Councilman vV\,,h and carried, that said Grant
20
Deed be accepted by said City of Newport Beach, and the Clerk in-
21
strutted to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder
22
of Orange County, California.
