to him as Police Commissioner advised that several different types of
meters had been investigated and that Dual Parking Meter appeared to be
the moat desirable for the City and recommended that same be installed,
whereupon Councilman Allen moved the adoption of a resolution, being
a resolution authorizing the Mayor aid City Clerk to sign a contract
with the Dual Parking Meter Company for the installation of approximately
100 parking meters; the motion was duly seconded by Councilman Isbell,
the resolution designated Resolution No. 3216 which was adopted by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Isbell, Reed, Hall
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Stanley
