RESOLUTION NO.0
A certain quitclaim deed dated the 24th day of July,
1945, from THE STERLING COMPANY to the CITY OF NE'-IPORT BEACH, a
Municipal Corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and
quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
Lots 20, and 21 = =, Block 32, First Addition
to Newport Heights, as shown on a Map recorded
In Book 4, Page 94 of Miscellaneous Maps, re-
cords of Orange County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Net ;port Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman V`+` \¢n made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman T 'S�a�•� and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of Newpo
Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following note, to -wit;
