RESOLUTION NoLL
A deed of easement dated the 30th day of August,1945, from
V. Bross and Josephine I. Bross, husband and wife, and James ,,
4 �ustard and Grace A. Mustard, husband and wife, to the City of New-
s Tort Beach, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, granting to
6 Ithe City a right -of -way and easement for the maintenance, repair,
7 construction and reconstruction of a sewer line, three feet in width
8 in, under and over that certain real property situated in the City o
9 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, in a portion o
10 Tract "No. 323, as shown upon a man recorded in Miscellaneous Maps,
11 Book 14, pages 40 and 41, Records of Orange County, California, and
12 ascribed as follows, to-wit:
13 All that strip of land three feet in width and lying
parallel with and adjacent to the southwesterly line
14 of Lot 4 in Block D of said Tract No. 323
15 together with the right of ingress and egress in and over said strip
16 of land, was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport
17 Beach, California.
18 WHEREUPON, Councilman �`�ar, made a motion, duly
19 seconded by Councilman #a,� \e� and carried, that said Deed
20 of Easement be accepted by said City of Newport Beach, and Chid City
21 lark instructed to record the same forthwith with the County
