2 WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions, the City Attorney of
3 he City of Newport Beach, California has prepared a contract
4 n which the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain

6 ipon the conditions, covenants and restrictions in said
7 ontract set forth; and
8 WHEREAS, said contract has been duly presented by the
9 lity Attorney to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
10 or its acceptance and approval.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain , ''
