RESOLUTION 110.
RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City, of Newport Beach,
Orange County, California, cancelling all taxes and penalties against certain
properties situated in the City, of Newport Beach, County, of Orange, State of
California, and owned by the City oof� Neflwport Beach in fee.
On Motion of Councilman_
DULY SECONDED AND CARRIED, THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED
WHEREAS, the City, of Newport Beach in Orange County, California,
is the owner in fee of that certain real property situated in the City of
Newport Beach, in Orange County, California, and more particularly, described
as follows, to -wits

NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City, of
Newport Beach, Orange County, California, that all taxes and penalties against
all the lots and property, heretofore described be cancelled, and the Auditor
is hereby, authorized and directed to cancel all such taxes and penalties as
are now outstanding against all the properties described in this resolution.

property, described in the foregoing Resolution.

described in the foregoing resolution, and in accordance with the law in such
cases made and provided I do hereby, approve the within and foregoing form of
resolution cancelling taxes and do further consent thereto.
