rHiFEAS, there has tr.is day been presented to the City

Council of the City of Werport Beach, a, certain grant deed of
5
easement from TH2, IRVI:E COYPANY, a corporation, Grantor, to the
6
City of liewport Beach, Grantee, upon certain covenants and con-
7
ditions in said easement described and set forth, which said ease -
8
ment is more particularly described as all that certain real proper -
9
ty, and more particularly described as follows, to -grit:

Beginning at the intersection of the center
line of Liarine Avenue and a line twenty -three
11
(23) feet Northerly from and parallel with
the center line of Bayside Drive, a County
12
road, as recorded in 0. R. 630, Page 217;
thence I.,esterly and Northerly along said
13
parallel line to its intersection rite! the
Southerly line of State Highway ORA -60 -B.

TJHERE A", the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Gran
16
of Easement under the terns, conditions and covenants therein
17
specified;

NOii, THL_r=ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said Grant of
19
Easement aforesaid be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City
20
of Yewport Beach, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed
21
and instructed to record said Grant of Easement immediately in the
22
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution

was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
26
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
