RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, BALBOA COVES, INC., a corporation of the State
of California, has this day dedicated to the City of Newport
Beach, California, that certain easement described as:
Easement for maintaining, repairing, and recon-
struction of a 24 inch diameter reinforced concrete
pipe storm drain to be constructed by the grantor
with right of access for purposes of maintenance
and /or reconstruction of any subsurface pipes and
appurtenances on that certain real property herein-
after described as lying and being in the County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of that certain real property awarded
to F. M. Strobridge and Myrtle E. Strobridge, husband
and wife, by decree rendered in Case No. 23686 of the
Superior Court of the State of California,. in and for
said County of Orange, a certified copy of said decree
being recorded in Book 201, page 253 of Official
Records of said County, included within a strip of land
six feet wide,.being three feet on each side of the
following described center line:
Beginning at a point designated as Engineer's Station
727 -P99 on that certain course in the center line of the
100 -foot State Highway right -of -way described as having
a length of 1584.92 feet in deed to the State of Calif-
ornia, recorded in Book 304, page 385 of Official Records
of said County, said point being distant along said
center line South 800 33' East, 1058.36 feet from the
Westerly terminus of said course; thence South 90 271
West 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning in the
Southerly line of said Highway right -of -way; thence
South 100 201 28" West, 344.61 feet; thence South 9° 271
Rest 117.30 feet to the ordinary high tide line of the
Pacific Ocean in Newport Bay designated "North Line" as
described in decree rendered in said Case No. 23686 of
the Superior Court of the State of California.
Reserving, however, unto said grantors, their heirs,
lessees, successors or assigns, the surface rights of
said easement herein above described for streets or other
purposes and to use the same for such purposes and for
such other uses not inconsistent with the said uses above
granted.
WHEREUPON, Councilman 0a made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said Deed of Easement be accepted by said City
of Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State
of California.

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3343 -A was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 3d day of June 1 19 46 by the following
vote, to wit:
