1 RESOLUTION NO3,
2 WHEREAS, there he.s this day been presented to the City
3 Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Deed of Easement
4 from HENRY D. rrYLR5 and IMYEI-iS, his wife, Grantors, to
5 the City of Newport Beach, Grantee, covering land situate in the
6 County of Orange, State of California, and being an easement lying
7 in the Northwest one quarter of the Southeast one quarter of Secti
8 18, Township 6 South Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and :eridi
9 5 feet.in width, being 2.5 feet measured at right angles on each
10 I side of the following described center line:
11 Commencing at the Northeast corner of a parcel of land
containing 4 acres conveyed to the City of Newport Beach
12 by Henry D. Meyer as recorded in Book 461, page 276 of
Deeds, Records of Orange County, California; thence
13 Southerly along the East lire of said parcel 373.61 feet
to the beginning of said center line; thence 206.77
14 feet more or less to the end of said center line, being
a point on the West line of a parcel of land conveyed
15 to the Fair View Farms Mater Company by Henry D. Meyers
as recorded in Book 1125, Page 113 of Official Records
16 of Orange County, California, said point being 649.66
feet Southerly of the Northwest corner of said parcel,
17 measured along said West line.

'dH REAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Deed
of Easement under the terms, conditions and covenants therein
specified;
NOSY, THEREFOR,, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Geed of
Easement aforesaid be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City
of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed
and instructed to record said Deed of Easement immediately in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
;was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of 'ewport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
4.Ar day of 1946, by the following vote, to -wit:
