1 RESOLUTION NO.5 cl
2 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
3 Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed from
4 Ray L. Burr and Virginia P. Burr, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
5 to the City of Newport Beach, wherein said parties grant to the
6 City of Newport Beach all that certain real property situate in
7 the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
8
described as follows:

A portion of
Lot 2, Block
L, as shown upon a map
of Seashore
Colony Tract,
recorded in Miscellaneous

Maps, Book
7, page 25, Records of Orange County,
California,
being 15 feet
in width measured at right

angles and
lying adjacent
to and parallel with the
most northeasterly
line of said Lot 2.

WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Deed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed aforesaid

be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach,

and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed, and instructed
17
to record said Deed immediately in the office of the County Recorder
18
of Orange County, California.
