1 RESOLUTION NOMS
2 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
3 Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed from
4 J. D. Young, an unmarried man, and W. T. Young, a widower, as
5 joint tenants, to the City of Newport Beach, wherein said parties
6 grant to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
7 situate in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,•State of
8 California, described as follows:
9 A portion of Lot 1, Block L, as shown upon a map
of Seashore Colony Tract, recorded in Miscellaneous
10 Maps, Book 7, page 25, Records of Orange County,
California, being 15 Feet in width measured at
11 right angles and lying adjacent to and parallel
with the most northeasterly line of said Lot 1;

V'HEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Deed
14
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed aforesaid
16 be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
17 and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed, and instructed
18 to record said Deed immediately in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
