RySOLUTIOIi OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF, }i

On Motion of Councilmen -,duly seconded and
carried, the following Resolution was adopted:
THAT WHHREAS, THE Youth Authority of California will upon request make a
survey of the County of Orange to determine the methods and facilities being used
for the orevention and treatment of delinquency as it affects youth, and that
WHEREAS, this Council feels that such a survey would be in the public
interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
!s+atR� >1, that said Youth Authority of California be and it is hereby
requested to make a survey of the County of Orange and particularly to make a. sur-
vey of -this City pertaining to delinquency and ,youth services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that.a copy of this Resolution, be forwarded to
Karl Holton, Director, Youth Authority of California, Homer - Laughlin Building,
Third and Broadway, Los Angeles, California`'..-
