WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed from
T. R. BEIV'JAMIN and CHRISTINE BENJAMIN, husband and wife, to the
City of Newport Beach, wherein said parties grant to the City
of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, all that certain real
property situate in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
and,
Deed;
Lot Two in Block One Hundred Thirty -five of Lake
Tract, Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations,
restrictions, rights and rights of way of record.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed aforesaid
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed, and instructed
to record said Deed immediately in the office of the County Recor
of Orange County, California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the

day of 1946, by the following vote, to -wit:
