corporation, dated the 17thday of July
granting the City of Newport Boach all that certain real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, Ctate of
California, ;core particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 2, Block F, Seashore Colony Tract, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All that portion of Lot 2, Block F,
Seashore Colony Tract as said tract
is shown upon a Map recorded in Book
7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California,
lying between the northeasterly line
and a line 15 feet measured at a right
angle southwesterly of and parallel to
said northeasterly line.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Nowport Beach,
California; and

adequate.

that said Grant Deed be accepted by said city, and 'the City Clerk
instructed to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California,
