Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Califor-
nia.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, re-
strictions, rights and rights of way of record.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed afore-
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport
