RESOLUTION NO._ _
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed from
ter R. Bonner and Vernice Bonner, husband and wife, to the
City of Newport Beach, wherein said parties grant to the City
of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, all that certain real
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
and,
Deed;
Lot One in Block One Hundred Forty of Canal Section,
Newport Beach, as shown on a Nap.recorded in Book 4,'
page 98 of Miscellaneous Daps, records of Orange County,
California.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrict-
ions, rights and rights of way of record.
Also subject to taxes for fiscal year 1946 -1947, not
yet payable.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed aforesaid
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed, and instructed
to record said Deed immediately in the office of the County Record-
er of Orange County, California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of

day of 1946, by the following vote,
