to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal
corporation, dated the 21stday of August , 1940,
(ranting the City of Newport leach all that certain real property
situated In the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, :.;tats of
California, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 4, Block E, Seashore Colony Tract, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:

Seashore Colony Tract as said tract
is shown upon a Map recorded in Book
7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California,
lying between the northeasterly line
and a line 15 feet measured at a right
angle southwesterly of and parallel to
said northeasterly line.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California; and
WHEREAS9 the City Council of the City of , Newport :leach
deems that the consideration for said deed is fair, just, and
adequate.
