Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of Block
C, Tract 673, which is. the point of tangency with a
curve Navin- a radius of 30 feet, concave to the
Southeast; thence N. 72° 33' 441+ .1. to a point in the
V,esterly line of said Block C; thence along said
I.esterly line to a point of intersection with a line
parallel to and 5 feet distant at right angles to the
aforementioned line bearing 1. 72° 331 4411 ,,; thence
along said parallel line to its intersection with said
curve having a radius of 30 feet; thence along said
curve to the point of beginning.
