RESOLUTION NO� '
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant D eed from BERNARDINE WHALEN
REED, a married woman,to the City of Newport Beach, wherein said pasty grants
to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, all that certain real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
and.
The Northwesterly 65 feet of Lots One and Two in Block One
Hundred Thirty -three of Lake Tract, Newport Beach, as shown on
a Nap recorded in Book 4, page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions,
rights and rights of way of record.
Subject also to T axes for fiscal year 1946 -1947, not yet payable.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed aforesaid be, and
the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk
Is hereby authorised, directed, and instructed to record Bald Deed immediately
In the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the C ity Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4, day of &161 M11k.- 1946,
by the following vote, to wit:
