WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City

Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed from

MABEL E. YOERK# a married woman, to the City of Newport Beach,

wherein said party grants to the City of Newport Beach, a

municipal corporation, all that certain real property situated
6
In the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Call-

fornia, described as follows:

The Nohthwesterly rectangular 32J feet of Lets Twenty -
9
one, Twenty -two, Twenty -three and Twenty -four in
Hundred
Block One Thirty -three of Lake Tract, Newport
10
Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 13
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,

California.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations,

restrictions, rights and rights of gray of record.

WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said

Deed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed aforesaid

be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
18
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed, and instructed
19
to record said Deed immediately in the office of the County Record
of Orange County., California.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution

was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of

the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
