WHERAA' S, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed Ssom LAURA SAMMIt
to the City of Newport Beach, wherein said party grants to the City of Newport
Beach, a municipal corporation, all that certain reel property situate in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange. State of California, described as
followss
ands
The Southeasterly 30 feet of Lots One, Two, Three and
Boar in Block One Hundred Thirty -three of Lake Tract,
as shown on a Lap recorded in Book 4, page 13 of )da-
cellansous Laps, records of Orange County, California.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, re-
strictions, rights and rights of way of record.
Also subject to taxes for fiscal year 1946 -19479
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed aforesaid be,
and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and the City
Clerk is hereby authorised, directed, and instructed to record said Deed
Immediately in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly pawed and adopted by the City Connell of the City
of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of
