California, i,)ore particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A right of way or easement for the purpose of the erection, laying
and construction of a pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage, to-
gether with manholes and appurtenances, with the right of going in,
under and over the premises hereinafter described for the purpose of
repairing, maintenance, and replacement of said pipe lines, manholes
and appurtenances, in, over and under that certain real property
described as follows, to -wit:

was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport beach,
California; and
WM, iEAS, the City Council of the City of 14owport Leach
deems that the consideration for said deed is fair, just, and
adequate.

Colony Tract, as said Tract is shown upon a
Map recorded in Book 7, page 25 of Miscellaneous
-Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
lying between the northeasterly line, except
the southeasterly 15 feet and a line 5 feet
measured at a right angle southwesterly of
and parallel to said northeasterly line.
All that portion of Lot 6, Block F, of said
Tract, lying between the northeasterly line
of said Lot 6 and a line 5 feet measured at
a right angle southwesterly of and parallel
