WHEREAS, HARRY P. JACKSON and HELEN K. JACKSON, husband and rife
joint tenants, has this day offered to the CITY OF MPORT BEACHg the sum of .

Parcel 1. Lot Two in Block sE0 of Seashore ColoiW Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 25 of Miscellaneous Epps, records
of Orange County, California.
Excepting the Northsasterly rectangular 15 feet thereof.
Parcel 2. That portion of the Northeasterly 15 feet of Ocean Front
shown on said Map abutting said Lot Trio, vacated by Resolution of the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach;

9 the purchase price of said lot; and,

15 NOa. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be sold to said
16 Y P. JACKSON and HELEN K. JACKSON, husband and wife, me joint tenants, for
17 he sum of $1085.00, free and clear of all encumbrances, subject to second half
18 f 1946 -1947 tame only. Also subject to conditions, restrictions, and resew+®

ected to execute and deliver a deed for the said property to the said party
21 upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.
22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $108.50 be paid to
23W. B. Foote, as and for his commission for negotiating of the sale of said real
24 property to HARRY P. JACKSON and HELEN K. JACKSON, husband and wifeo as joint
25 tenants. the said sum being a fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in
26 said sale, and said broker being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beacho
27 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was duly
28 and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the (City of Newport
29 each at a regular meeting thereof held on the k!L day of 1947, by
