WHEREAS, MALVM R. PEEPER and MAIM IN2 11. PIEPER, husband and
as joint tenants, has this deny offered to the CITY OR IMPORT BEACH, tho
sum of $1216.01 for:
Parcel 1, Lot Two in Block OBe of Seashore Colony Tract, in the City of
Newport Beach, as shown on a )Gap recorded in Book 7, page 25 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting the Bortheasterly rectangular 15 feet thereof.
Parcel 2, That portion of the Northeasterly 15 feet of Ocean Front shown on
said Map abutting said Lot Two, vacated by Resolution of the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach;

it is for the best interests of said City that said property be sold for the

13 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate and is not
14 disproportionate to the real value of the property above described.
15 NO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be sold to the
said MALVERH R. PIEPER and MkTAT ISE M. PEEPER, husband and wife, as joint 1

tenants, for the sum of $1216.01, free and clear of all oncvmbrances, subject to
