California, i,iore particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of Lots 2 and 4, Block 736,
Corona Del Mar Tract, as said tract is shown upon a Map
recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42, of Miscellaneous records,
of Orange County, California, four (4) feet in width, lying
two (2) feet each side of and adjacent to the following described
center line; beginning at a point in the Southwesterly boundary
of Lot 2, said point being forty -three (43) feet distant from
the Southeast corner of Lot 2; thence, Northeasterly and parallel
with the Southeasterly boundary of said lots to a point of
intersection with the Northeasterly boundary of Lot 4.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport beach,
California; and

dee,ns that the consideration for said deed is fair, just, and
adequate.

duly seconded by Councilman. and carried,
that said Grant Deed be accepted by said,city, and bhe City Clerk
instructed to record the sane forthwith with the County ilocorder of
Oran& County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to-wit:
