736, Corona Del Mar Tract, as.said tract is shown upon a Map recorded
in Book No. 3, pages 41 and 42, of Miscellaneous records of Orange
County, California, four (4) feet in width lying two (2) feet each
side of at a right angle and adjacent to the following described
center line; beginning at a point in the Southwesterly boundary of
Lot 17, said point being thirty (30) feet distant from the Southwest
