Book No. 3, pages 41 and 42, of Miscellaneous records, of Orange
County, California, four (4) feet in width, lying two (2) feet
each side of and measured at right angles,' and adjacent to the
following described center line; beginning at a point in the
Southwesterly boundary of Lot 16, said point being forty -three (43)
feet distant from the Southeast corner of Lot 16; thence, North-
easterly and parallel with the Southeasterly boundary of said lots
to a point of intersection with the Northeasterly boundary of Lot 18.
