• Councilman Allen moved the adoption of a resolution, being a resolution authorizing the
execution of a conditional contract between the City of Newport Beach and Theodore Robins
for the purchase of automotive equipment for use in the Street Department.
The motion for adoption of the resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Isbell, the
resolution designated Resolution No. 3460 and was passed by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Isbell, Robertson, Siler, Reed
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSERT, COUNCILMEN: -None
