VHv,MEAB, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Quitclaim Deed
dated the 2nd flay of April, 1947 from BANDINI PE:ROLYUH COMANY,
a California oorporation, to the CITY OF NE:ri ORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, quitclaalmlbg; to the City of New-
port Heach all that certain real property situated in the City
of Newport Beazch# County of Oraange$ Cute of California, and more
particularly doeoribed as follows, to wits
Parcel 1. 'Beginning at as 4" x 4" stclia narked
"u,S, A. No, 112" and marking Station 112 of
the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana; running thence
South 750 23 feet 45" 1,1e3at 351.47 feet along
the t'esterly line of said Road to a 4" x 41,
stag o marking the intersection of said Rancho
Sine with the center line of Fairview Ave.;
thence South 10 a31 East 1036.66 feet alone

WHEREUPON, Councilman Allen, made a motion, duly seconded
by Councilman Isbell and carried,,that said Quitclaim Deed be
accepted by the City of Newport Beach and that the City Clerk be
Instructed to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
