Orange County, California' cancelling all taxes and penalties against certain
properties situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and owned by the City of Newport Beach in fee.

NOW, TWWORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beech, Orange County, California, that all tease and penalties against
all the lots and property heretofore described be cancelled, and the Auditor
is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all such tames and penalties as
are now outstanding against all the properties described in this resolution.

record as shown by the Official Records of Orange County, California, of the
property described in the foregoing Resolution.

Newport Beach that the City of Newport Beach is the owner of the properties
described in the foregoing resolution, and in accordance with the law in such
