RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach a notice of intention
of certain property owners in Harbor Heights to circulate a
petition concerning inhabited territory for the purpose of having
the same annexed to the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the territory to be annexed has been fully
described in said petition and said petition is in all respects
in accordance with the statutes in said cases made and provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, in accordance with the statutes in said cases
made and provided, does hereby approve of the circulation of
said petition amongst the qualified voters of the territory
proposed to be annexed .

Resolution was introduced and passed by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting held on the 14th
day of April, 1947, and adopted by the following roll call vote:

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and :maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3466 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 14th day of April 9 1947, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Siler, Isbell, Robertson, Reed
