RESOLUTION NO
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain instrument desig-
nated Deed of Easement, which said Deed of Easement grants and
conveys an easement to the City of Newport Beach for the purpose
of erection, construction and laying of a pipe line or lines to
convey sewage in and under that certain real property situate
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange.. State of Cali-
fornia, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
and,
All that portion of Lot 181, Block 732,
Corona Del Mar Tract, as said tract is shown
upon a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, lying between the South-
westerly line of said lot and a line three (3)
feet measured at a right angle Northeasterly
of and parallel to said Southwesterly line.
WHEREAS, it is for the best interests of said City that said
easement be accepted;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach hereby accepts said Deed of Easement
aforesaid, and directs the City Clerk of said City to record said
Deed of Easement with this Resolution of acceptance attached
thereto.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
