'ROW Councilman Allen moved the adoption of Resolution No. 3482 entitled:
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
Adopted Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 2808 of the "Special
Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931 ", of
Division 4 of the Streets and. Highways Code of the State of California.
which motion was seconded by Councilman Siler, and upon roll call the said resolution was
adopted by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; COUNCILMEN: Allen, Siler, Isbell, Robertson, Reed
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT. COUNCILMEN: None
