RESOLUTION NOak t
WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions, the City Attorney of
City of Newport Beach, California has prepared a contract
which the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain
5 xcess water of said city to
6 pon the conditions, covenants and restrictions in said
7 �ontract set forth; and
8 WHEREAS, said contract has been duly presented by the
9 1 ity Attorney to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
10 or its acceptance and approval.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain
12 contract made and entered into the tw- day of r.c , 19M-1
13 y and between the City of Newport Beach, as the party of
14 the first part, and
15 s the party of the second part, wherein and whereby the City
16 of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain of its excess water
17 pon certain conditions, restrictions and limitations to said
