• Councilman Allen moved the adoption of a resolution, being a resolution of Intention of the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach declaring its intention to order the closing up, vacation and
abandonment of portions of a certain street, to wit, Ocean Front, in accordance with the "Street
Vacation Act of 1941" and amendments thereto.
The motion for adoption of the resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Robertson, the
resolution designated Resolution No. 3502 and was adopted by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES; COUNCILMEN: Allen, Siler, Isbell, Robertson, Reed
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
