RESOLUTION N0. 3503
3 WHEREAS, a Quitclaim Deed from SEABOARD OIL COMPANY
4 OF DELAWARE, A Delaware corporation, to the CITY OF NE14PORT
5 BEACH, a municipal corporation dated the 25th day of June, 1947,
6 releasing, and quitolaiming all its right, title, interest to
7 that certain real property situated in the County of Orange,
8 State of California, described as follows, to -wit:
9 All that property situated in Section 8
10 Township 6 South, Range 10 Nest, S. B. A. d M,,
described as follpwes
11 Commencing at a 4x4 post at the Northwest
12 corner of said section S. running thence
East 39,8O chains, thence South 70 Nest
21.48 chains; thence South 70 West 18.76
13 ohalns; thence West 33.28 chains to the
'.pest section line of said Section 8; thence
14 North 40 cabins to the point of beginning,
15 containing about 143,97 acres.

1s WHEREUPON, Councilman Allen made a motion, duly seconded

by Councilman Siler and carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be
20 accepted by said City.
