RESOLUTION N0. 3508
WHEREAS, a Grant Deed from G. C. Yager and Mary Louise Yager
husband and wife to the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corpora-
tion, dated the 2nd day of July, 1947, granting the City of Newport
Beach all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 2, Block D, Seashore Colony Tract,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All that portion of Lot 2, Block D, Seashore
Colony Tract as said tract is shown upon a
Map recorded in Book 7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous
Maps,, Records of Orange County, California,
lying between the northeasterly line and a
line 15 feet measured at a right angle south-
westerly of and parallel to said northeasterly
line.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems
that the consideration for said deed is fair, just, and adequate.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Allen made a motion, duly seconded
by Councilman Siler and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted
by said city, and the City Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Siler, Isbell,
Robertson, Reed
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract from
Ithe Minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at
la regular meeting held on the 28th day of July, 1947.

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
