Adopted July 28, 1947 • The petition of merchants on Marine Avenue, Balboa Island requesting a change in parking regulations on that Avenue was presented, Chief of Police Hodgkinson spoke in favor of same, whereupon Councilman Isbell moved the adoption of a resolution, being a resolution amending the Parking Ordinance to conform with the request. The motion for adoption of the resolution was seconded by Councilman Allen, the resolution designated Resolution No. 3510 and was passed by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Isbell, Robertson, Siler, Reed NOES, COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT. COUNCILMEN: None •
