RESOLUTION 230. � 4
WHEREAS# under the law in ouch cases made and provided,
Don S. Mosley, County Tan Collector, has received an offer for the
purchase at tax sale of Lot 8 in Block N of Tract No. 323, Corona
Del Mar, and also an offer for the purchase of Lot 10 in Block 480
River Section, City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and all lands lying between the exterior boundary
lines of said lot and the high tide line of the Pacific Ocean,
Newport Bay or Harbor; and
WHIMWA8, It is necessary that the City Council of the City
of Newport Beech authorize said sale by Resolution of the City
Council; and
=REAS, the City of Newport Beach will receive their pro-
rata share of all sale proceeds from said described property,
NOW THEWORE BN IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach grants to the County Tax Collector of the
County of Orange, authorization to snake sale of the real property
described in this Resolution under the Revenue and Taxation Code
of the State of California;
AND BE IT MVMR RPAOLVED that a certified copy of this
Resolution be transmitted by the City Clemk of the City of 23ewport
Beach to Don S. Motley, County TeX Collector of the County of
Orange, and that the original of this Resolution be filed in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Newliort Beach,
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Nevyort Beach at a regular meetinu of the City Council held on
the 11th day of August, 1947, by the following vote, to -wit£
