• The City Engineer reported that he had tabulated all bids received for the construction of Sanitary
Sewers, as per Resolution of Intention No. 3481, and finds that the bid of J. S. Barrett is the
lowest, regular bid submitted for said improvement.
Whereupon, Councilman Robertson offered and moved the adoption of Resolution No. 3516,
awarding the contract to J, S. Barrett at the prices named in his bid, which said bid being the
lowest regular bid submitted for said improvement, which motion was seconded by Councilman
Slier and upon roll call the Resolution was adopted by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Siler, Isbell, Robertson, Reed
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
