Adopted August 25, 1947 The City Engineer reported that he had tabulated all bids received for the construction of Sanitary Sewers, as per Resolution of Intention No. 3483, and finds that the bid of J. S. Barrett is the lowest regular bid submitted for said improvement. Whereupon, Councilman Robertson offered and moved the adoption of Resolution No. 3517 awarding the contract to Barrett at the prices named in his bid, which said bid being the lowest regular bid submitted for said improvement, which motion was seconded by Councilman Allen and upon roll call the said Resolution was adopted by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Siler, Isbell, Robertson, Reed NOES, COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
