Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain corporation grant

deed dated the 10th day of September, 1947, nnerein the City of

Newport Beach grants and conveys to Thomas A. Sanson and Kay D.

Sanson, husband and wife, as joint tenants, that certain real
7
property situate in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
8
State of California, and described as follows, towit.

Lots Seventeen and Eighteen in Block Thirty Nine
10
of "River Section; Newport Beach, as shom on
11
a Map recorded in Boom 6, page 25 of Yisoel —
12
laneous Haps, records of Orange County, Cali-
13
fornia.

Subject to covenants, conditions, reserva-

tions, restrictions and eights of Tray of record.

Subject also to taxes for fiscal year 19417-

1948, not yet payable.

the said Thomas A. Sanson and Kay D. Sanson, husband and rife, is

the sum of 340.00, and the

free and clear of all encumbranoe, that certain real property

situato in the City of Ne wport Beach, Orange County, California,

and described as follows:

Lot 13 in Block 139 of Canal Section, Newport

Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,

page 98 of Ul soellaneous Maps, records of Orange

County, California.

SEAS, the City of Newport Beach needs said property last

described for the purpose of widening Coast Boulevard in the City

of Newport Beach, Orange County, California; and
WHEREAS, the consideration offered for said lands first
above described to the City of Newport Beach is in the opinion and
judgment of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, fair,
dust and adequate and not disproportionate to its actual market
value; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion and ,judgment of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that it is for the best interests of
said City that said land be conveyed by said City to Thomas A.
Sanson and Say D. Sanson, husband and wife; as }stnt tenants, for
the considerations herein set forth;
NOVI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor mad City
Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be authorized, directed and
Instructed to execute said deed for and on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach, and that the same be immediately recorded when
title shall be brought down on the property ocmed by Thomas A.
Sanson and Kay D. Sanson, husband and wife, showing the same to
be clear and free of all encumbrances, except taxes for the
fiscal year 1947 -48, not yet due or payable.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Newp rt Beach at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the day of A� _ , 19470 by the following

of the City of Newport Beach filed and ;maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3528 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 6th day of October , 19 47, by the following
vote, to wit:
