PMW�0 , there has this day been presonted to the City Council
of the City of &export Beach, a certain Grant Deed from WILLIAM B, DOS.= and
BLANCHE I. DONAHUB, husband and wife, to the City of Newport Beech, wherein
said parties grant to the City of Seaport Beach, a municipal corporation, all
that certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beech, County of
Orange, State of California, described as followes
and,
The Southeasterly 25 feet of the Northnesterly 55 feet of Lot
Twenty -four in Block One Hundred Thirty -two of "Lake Tract,
Newport Beach "s as.shown on a flap recorded in Book 4, page 13
of Miscellaneous Uaps, records of Orange County, Californla.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions
aid rights of wady of record.
Subject also to Lasso for fiscal year 1947 -1948, not yet payable*
UNPAEAB, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Deeds
SOi9, THURM0 9 BN IT RESOLVED that said Deed aforesaid be, and
the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk
Is hereby authorized, directed, and instructed to record said Deed Immediately
In the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly passed and adapted by the City CounC14 of the City of
Seaport Beach at a regular meetiig thereof bold on the dry of S1
